Rates - All rates are in SEK.

Confirmation - All reservations will be confirmed instantly via e-mail after you've submitted the booking requests online.

Booking Guaranteed - Credit card details are ONLY used to guarantee (secure or hold) the reservation. The credit card will NOT be debited unless you fail to arrive and if you have not cancelled your reservation before the cacellation time given (normally 24 hours before arrival).

Payment schedule - Full payment requires at the hotel check-in counter upon arrival or checkout.

Payment method - The credit card such as American, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners or cash are accepted.

Payment Currency - All payments are in SEK.

Cancellation - For cancellation of confirmed reservations, there is no cancellation fee if you send your cancellation request 24 hours or preferrable several days before the check-in date. Otherwise a cancellation charge will be applied.

Check out time - Check out time is at noon. For an extension, please contact the Front Desk.

Taxes/Service charge - Rate per room per night, Including breakfast, Including taxes, Including VAT.
